Praia Fluvial de Constância is located on the left bank of the Zêzere river, at the precise point where it meets the Tagus, in the historic municipality of Constância, Santarém district. The crystal-clear water of excellent quality, shower, foot-wash, and a ramp for people with reduced mobility sit within an exceptional landscape, with picnic tables, a children's playground and free parking. Constância is known as the village of poets — Luís de Camões lived here for several years — and its historic centre is one of the best-preserved in the Médio Tejo region. The bathing season runs from June to September, with two lifeguards on duty.
