Praia de Caxias sits beside the village of Caxias, in the municipality of Oeiras, sheltered by Forte de São Bruno. It has previously been awarded Blue Flag status, although it is not on the 2026 list. It has a support restaurant/bar and parking nearby, and is a quieter beach than neighbouring Torre and Santo Amaro.
