About this beach
Praia da Cresmina, officially Praia Pequena do Guincho, stretches about 330 metres at the southern edge of the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park, immediately south of Praia do Guincho, sharing the Guincho-Cresmina dune system. It shares Guincho's wild character — strong waves and near-constant wind — though it is generally considered more sheltered, drawing both surfers and families. It holds the Blue Flag.
