Praia Fluvial de Monsaraz is located at the Monsaraz Nautical Centre, about four kilometres from the medieval walled village of Monsaraz, in the municipality of Reguengos de Monsaraz, Évora. Holding a Blue Flag, the beach is part of the Alqueva reservoir and offers a unique setting: the medieval walls of Monsaraz — one of Portugal's most beautiful historic villages — rise above the still water as a dramatic backdrop. Facilities include a sandy area, a shaded picnic park, a lifeguard post, water access for people with limited mobility, and 120-space parking. The Nautical Centre offers water sports equipment hire.
